11th May: Mamma Mia! The Party looks forward to welcoming audiences back as soon as performances can safely resume.

To give our customers some clarity, we have been cancelling performances on a rolling basis, in line with the latest advice from the Government. We are now extending those cancellations until Sunday 28th June.

We are planning for a member of our ticketing team to contact anyone who has booked tickets for this period in order to exchange them for another performance later in the year. We will continue to monitor the ongoing situation and provide updates on our website and via social media.

Ticket prices start from £85 per person including VAT. This includes a welcome drink, a set four-course meal, a show and an ABBA disco at the end of the evening.

We have different types of tickets to choose from: Premium, Band A, Band B, Band C, Band D and Band E (at some performances). Premium and Band A ticket holders are seated at tables on the ground floor in the Courtyard and on the Terrace levels, and  Band B and C ticket holders are seated at tables in the Terrace levels and Balcony. Band D and Band E seats, which offer a partially restricted view, are located in the Terrace levels and Balcony. Mamma Mia! The Party is an immersive experience so there will be different views from each table. Towards the end of the evening some courtyard Band A tables will be cleared and moved to create a spectacular dance floor, and Nikos will invite those lucky guests to join in with his fabulous ABBA finale. It is not possible to book specific tables, and we are unable to guarantee availability of any particular size table.

Each ticket will incur a 12% booking fee, which will be added to the price of the ticket by our ticketing provider, Eventim.

Mamma Mia! The Party is an immersive experience that starts as soon as you enter Nikos Taverna where you’ll feel like you’re in the heart of a Greek island paradise. Soak up the holiday atmosphere and meet taverna owner Nikos and his family as their story unfolds in a glorious night of song, dance and celebration.

Your ticket includes a four-course sit-down meal, entertainment that unfolds all around you and an ABBA disco! The party starts as soon as you walk through the door – immerse yourself in the environment, mingle with your guests, have a shot of ouzo and enjoy the appetisers.

Additional drinks can be purchased separately from Nikos’ friendly waiting staff who will be attending your table.

Mamma Mia! The Party is a ticketless event. Rather like a restaurant, you give your name to the front of house team on arrival and they will show you to your table, having collected your welcome drink.

Before your performance date, you will receive an email confirming the booking again with information on how to best enjoy your experience.

Evening performances take place Wednesday – Sunday each week and there are matinee performances on Saturdays and Sundays.

How do I get there?

Travel to The O2 in style with Thames Clippers. With an on-board bar and spectacular views of the capital, eastbound RB1 services leave central London piers for North Greenwich every 20 minutes. Last boat back to central London departs at 22:50.

Evening performances begin from 6:30pm and afternoons on Saturday and Sunday begin from 12 noon. Please arrive promptly at these times so that you can relax and enjoy the Nikos Taverna experience in full!

The experience lasts around 4 hours, which means an end time of approximately 10.30pm for evening performances or 4pm for afternoon performances. The ABBA disco will stay open for a further hour after these times if you wish to stay on and party a bit longer!

A four-course set menu is included in your ticket price, as well as a welcome cocktail.

Our set menu starts with a mouth-watering mezze selection, after which you’ll feast on traditional starters followed by succulent meat dishes paired with tempting sides, and end on a deliciously sweet note with authentic Greek desserts. Food is served on platters at each table, which are designed for sharing in a traditional Greek style.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to substitute menu items, but if you are vegetarian, vegan or have a food allergy or intolerance then please let us know at the time of your ticket purchase. Allergens are present in our kitchen so we cannot guarantee dishes are 100% allergen free. We advise guests with severe allergies to assess their own level of risk and consume items from our menu at their own risk.

The seating policy at Mamma Mia! The Party is similar to that which you would experience in a restaurant: you make a reservation for your group in advance, give your name to the host on arrival at Nikos Taverna and then are directed to your table.

Nikos Taverna is a sociable place so you may find yourself sharing a table with other guests depending on the size of your party.  We can’t guarantee that groups will be able to sit together due to table sizes, but we will aim to sit you on adjacent tables.

It is not possible to book specific tables, we are unable to guarantee availability of any particular size table, seating zones are subject to alteration without notice  and we reserve the right to amend seating zones for operational purposes.

Yes, there is a cloakroom and it’s free of charge. We recommend that you travel as lightly as possible to reduce cloakroom queues and get you seated as quickly as possible.

Mamma Mia! The Party is a fully accessible venue with lifts to all levels, accommodating multiple wheelchairs plus paying companions.  To ensure that we fully understand your needs, wheelchair spaces and companion seats can only be booked by phoning Eventim tickets on  0333 344 6250*.

We use haze, flashing lights, flames and pyrotechnics during the performance. We do not use any strobe lighting during the performance.
